What a Day Might Look Like

Remote Workday Sample

7:15 AM — 12-minute morning walk before opening email. 10:30 AM — 8-minute loop between focus blocks. 12:30 PM — 15-minute lunch walk outdoors. 4:45 PM — 10-minute closing walk to end the workday.

Office Workday Sample
